Boreal Bash III

For the third bash, Boreal hosted a two-day documentary photography workshop in Toronto that drew in participants from as far as the Yukon Territories and Portland, Oregon. International guests led a two-night speaker series, featuring members of Prime Collective and MJR, Pete Brook of Prison Photography, and photographers Dominic Nahr and Émilie Régnier. Boreal also welcomed Zara Katz (Narratively) and Dustin Drankoski (Mashable) to its robust line-up of portfolio reviewers on the final day of the Bash.

A group exhibition of the collective’s work kicked off the weekend at the esteemed O’Born Contemporary gallery.
